  • We do not run cross-site tracking scripts or behavioural profiling.
  • Standard HTTP server request logs record IP addresses and user agents solely for rate limiting and service security.

Reader corrections and submissions

When submitting a correction report or removal request:

  • Supplying an email address is entirely optional.
  • Contact email addresses are masked in logs and stored securely solely to update you on report resolution.
  • Personal data in correction reports is automatically expunged after 12 months by our daily maintenance routines.

Content removal and takedown requests

If you are a copyright owner, photographer, or subject seeking content or personal data removal, you can submit a removal request using our dedicated Removal request form. All requests are processed within 5 working days.
